The clean beans which were previously carefully selected, fermented and dried are then broken to loosen the shells from the nibs. The breaking process takes place in multiple steps to avoid an excess of fine particles, the nibs are then covered with yacon syrup, the result is a delicious and nutritional snack.

Industrial usage: Our organic cocoa nibs covered with Yacon can be used as snacks, for baking, granola, bar & cereals; trail mixes, smoothies, beverages, shakes, and chocolate production.
